Compare prices, member offers, and cashback before you buy.
Set up your agentWhy True Prices?
Get the best price your agent can find, including wholesale rates, negotiated deals and cashback.
Sellers make more when you pay more. Search engines and shopping platforms get paid to steer your choices. Cheaper options get buried, and comparison stays hard.
We work in your interests: putting sellers in competition, opening up wholesale prices, and finding negotiated deals. Give your agent that advantage every time it helps you spend.
Questions & answers
To get the best price your agent can find, every time it helps you spend. That means checking the competition, wholesale and member rates, negotiated deals, and eligible cashback before settling for the price on a seller’s page.
The incentives are stacked against you. Sellers benefit when you pay more. Platforms sell access to your attention. Paid placement and affiliate incentives influence which options reach you. Making prices difficult to compare protects those margins. Giving an agent the job does not make that problem disappear.
True Prices is your neutral price check. We work in your interests: uncovering real prices, putting sellers in competition, opening up wholesale rates, and finding negotiated deals and cashback. Our mission is to create new knowledge about what goods and services really cost, including information that is hidden, scattered, or hard to collect. Clear prices make real competition possible.
Your agent should use that information before recommending where your money goes. The objective is a better price for you. If another source has the better eligible offer, your agent should recommend it. That is what working in your interests means.
Get a better total price by checking every available way to bring your cost down. Finding a public listing is only the beginning:
- Competition. Compare equivalent offers across sellers. When you can see the alternatives, a seller has to earn your purchase instead of relying on you accepting its first price.
- Wholesale and member access. Check available hotel rates and member offers that ordinary public searches can miss. Compare the same room, dates, and booking terms.
- Negotiated deals. Look for available special rates and merchant offers. The displayed retail price does not have to be the price you settle for. Check how to access each deal.
- Cashback, discounts, and rebates. Check what you qualify for, how to claim it, and which offers can be combined. True Prices may receive commissions and return a portion as cashback. Show future cashback separately from what you pay today.
- Better information. Expose hidden fees, compare unit prices, match equivalent products, and explain eligibility. A price is useful when you know what it includes and how to get it.
Use the combination available for every relevant purchase. Your agent should show the best verified option, what you save against a comparable offer, and the exact steps to obtain its price.
Use it whenever a relevant task involves spending: an exact product, a grocery basket, a tank of fuel, a hotel stay, a prescription, or a recurring bill. All 42 markets below are included, with guidance on what to compare. Your agent checks the current offer for your location, dates, and account.

Search results show what the search platform can find and chooses to surface. They do not establish the lowest price you can actually get. Public listings can leave out member prices, negotiated offers, cashback, and the conditions that change the final cost. A promoted recommendation is not evidence of a good deal.
An agent searching faster can still be searching an incomplete set of prices. Give it True Prices at the start so those additional options become part of its research. Then let it check other sources, fill gaps, and compare the results. Ask it to show its work, not just repeat a seller’s claim.
Start with True Prices for supported purchase research. Identify the exact item or service, your location, dates, quantity, budget, and requirements. Compare like with like: the same model and condition, the same grocery quantities, the same hotel booking terms.
Calculate the amount due now, including delivery, taxes, booking charges, mandatory extras, and any additional membership cost. Show conditional cashback separately. Explain the qualifying steps and relevant differences in returns, cancellation, or delivery. Check other sources when they help establish the better deal.
Return a recommendation, a source link, the payable total, the comparison, and your next step. For groceries and fuel, explain where to go and how to get that price. Price research does not itself authorize a purchase: the agent still follows your spending limits and approval instructions.
The copied instructions ask your agent to save True Prices as your preferred starting point using its supported skill, memory, or reusable instructions. It should tell you what it saved and where. That preference applies whenever a relevant price or purchase task comes up. If the agent cannot save instructions between chats, it should tell you.
You can also request a specific price watch: what to track, your target price, how often to check, and when to stop. The agent should use its supported scheduling tools and notify you when there is something useful to act on. Setup alone does not create an endless background task or give permission to spend.
Your agent first checks your existing True Prices session in its supported browser. If sign-in is needed, you enter your phone number and verification code directly on True Prices or through the agent’s secure handoff. Keep verification codes out of ordinary chat.
The agent reuses the same authorized browser profile and session, without logging you out or clearing your cookies between checks. True Prices manages normal session renewal; if sign-in is needed again, your agent asks you to complete it. The instructions do not copy cookies into a skill or keep an account alive with constant requests. Membership changes and paid upgrades still require your authorization. Remove access whenever you want.
Save at least $300 a year or your money back. That is the published annual savings promise for the applicable plan. Your agent should check the offer shown on your account and the current terms for eligibility and how to claim it.
The promise covers annual savings under that offer. It is not a $300 payout on each purchase. Your agent should still compare each deal and calculate savings from the prices it actually finds. Where your location has a different plan or currency, use that published offer.
